The card use regulations

1. Card and Deposit

Every ski lift can be used on the basis of one electronic card ('the card). The card is assigned to the holder – all settlements are made exclusively on the basis of the card. In case of card loss we do not issue duplicates. For each card we take a deposit of 10 zlotys.

2. Sale and Validity of Cards

The cards are sold only by the cashier on the basis of the current price list which is available on the Centre’s website. The sale and return of the cards is possible only at the ticket office during the opening hours.

Each ski lift user is obliged to have their own card. The cards are valid for one winter season only, which means only for the current winter season when the purchase was made.

By purchasing the card you are entitled to use the ski lifts and equipment which are open on a day given and with all limitations provided for in the regulations.

Buying certain type of card, the customer accepts the rules of its use. Therefore they should become familiar with these rules prior to buy the card, taking into consideration the limitations in respect of returns, and choose an appropriate card.

3. Types of Cards

Point cards are available to purchase for any amount of money or any number of points. One point is 10 groszy. You can top up your card at any time or after the credits run out. In case of point cards we refund remaining amount for unused credits.

Time cards can be purchased for a current day for a number of hours indicated in the price list. This card is valid for a limited time which starts from the moment of the first use but no longer than until the closing of the last ski lift of the Centre. In case of time cards we do not refund money for unused time. It is up to the customer to decide about purchase, the beginning of use and return of the card.

In case of time-slot cards we do not refund money for unused time unless the person presents a medical certificate that their health condition made it impossible to use the facilities of the Centre.

4. How to Use The Card

The card becomes active if you hold it close to the scanner. The display shows the current tariff/point status of the card. Put a valid card close to the scanner to open the turnstile. The signal means the card is not valid, is not operated by a scanner, there are not enough credit points on it or the card (time or time-slot card) is not active yet. In all these cases the appropriate information is displayed.

5. Limitations on Sale and Card Use

The Centre reserves the right to introduce limitations on payment by payment card or limitations on purchase of credits. The information on such limitations is available in front of the ticket office.
